Caravan Park Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change, and we aim to be as flexible as possible. Please review our cancellation terms below.

1. Bookings and Deposits

• All bookings are to be paid in full at time of booking.

2. Standard Cancellations

• More than 30 days before arrival: Full refund of deposit (minus a $50 administration fee).
• 15–30 days before arrival: 50% credit of deposit.
• 14 days or less before arrival: No refund; full booking amount is payable. Possible credit may be given at the discrepancy of management.

3. No-Shows and Early Departures

• No refunds will be given for no-shows or unused nights after arrival, meaning early departure.

4. Date Changes

• Booking dates may be changed up to 14 days prior to arrival, subject to availability.
• New dates must fall within 6 months of the original booking.

5. Weather and Unforeseen Circumstances

• Refunds are not given for anything that is out of our control. We understand that things outside of our control happen and affect guests, and we will try to be as generous as possible (credit given – 12-month validation period).
• If the park is forced to close or government travel restrictions apply, guests may request a credit.

6. Groups and Special Events

• Different cancellation terms may apply for group bookings or special event periods. Group bookings must be paid in full at time of booking. If not, we reserve the right to cancel the unpaid bookings up to 14 days prior to arrival.
